Specific Responsibilities
- Carol Folt:
Carol's specific responsibilities include oversight of the Dartmouth Medical School, the Tuck School of Business Administration, the Hopkins Center, the Hood Museum of Art, Admissions and Financial Aid, the Libraries, the University Press of New England (UPNE), the Dickey Center, the Ethics Institute, and the Tucker Foundation.
- Elizabeth Bankert:
Liz works closely with the Vice Provost for Research and serves as the Human Subject Protections Official for the Institution. Her focus is on research management practices and policies with an emphasis on compliance. Liz works to ensure that individuals engaged in research adhere to federal and state regulations regarding protection of human subjects, animal welfare, and other compliance areas.
- Mary Gorman:
Mary's specific responsibilities include oversight of the finances of the division, the Office of Planning, Design and Construction; Community Relations; the Rassias Foundation; and the Sustainability Coordinator. Mary serves as the Provost's representative and works closely with the Boards and Directors/Deans of the Hood Museum, the Hopkins Center, and the Tucker Foundation. And finally, Mary works with other areas of the college in coordinating the activity of the Provost's Office.
- Peter Glenshaw:
Peter's specific responsibilities include coordinating Town/Gown relations, working with Dartmouth's Upper Valley neighbors, local town officials and the campus community. Serves as primary contact person for community members and local officials; represents College on various local and regional committees. - Martin Wybourne:
Martin's specific responsibilities include oversight of the Thayer School of Engineering, the Institute for Security Technology Studies (ISTS), the Institute for Information Infrastructure Protection (I3P), Computing Services, Office of Sponsored Projects, the Office of Technology Transfer, the Electron Microscope Facility, the Dartmouth Entrepreneurial Network (DEN), the Committee for the Protection of Human Subjects, and the Women in Science Project (WISP). He is also responsible for Federal Government Relations at Dartmouth.
- Mary-Ella Zietz:
Specific responsibilities of the Assistant Provost include serving as the human resources officer and budget officer for the Provostial areas, oversight of division-wide diversity initiatives, oversight of the Montgomery Endowment administration, the Dartmouth Center on Addiction, Recovery and Education (DCARE), and the Institute for Lifelong Education at Dartmouth (ILEAD).
