Dartmouth does not support travel to countries that are under U.S. State Department warnings. If you are traveling to one of these countries, a Travel Waiver is required. To apply for a Travel Waiver contact Rose Davila, Office of the Provost, at 603-646-8187 or at rose.e.davila@dartmouth.edu, not later than three weeks prior to travel. NOTE: A Supervisor Health and Safety Statement is required for any non-faculty/staff members, this includes, but is not limited to alumni, undergraduate and graduate students.
