Dartmouth Faculty Recruitment Resources

The Recruitment Resource Guide contains suggestions for search committees advertising faculty openings to develop diverse applicant pools. 

Additionally, the Campus Information for Faculty Candidates guide compiles resources available to faculty members as they adjust professionally and personally to life at Dartmouth.  

Unconscious bias can influence the evaluation of candidates. All chairs and search committee members are encouraged to take this AAMC online unconscious bias training at least once.

The Office of Institutional Diversity & Equity (IDE) is available to provide additional resources for academic departments in search of diverse candidate pools.
