Post-Trip Documentary

The group was successful in creating a documentary for this year's project.  It incorporated a historical recount of Kamenka, Belarus and how it existed before the Holocaust, an exploration of Holocaust related sites, a summary of the restoration work, interviews of participants and advisors, and some footage of Kamenka from 1934.  The 1934 footage which contains footage of the Jewish cemetery is juxtaposed against our restoration effort in the very same Jewish cemetery.  This visual connection between past and present successfully brings everything full circle.  If you would like a copy of the documentary, we can furnish one for you if you contact Dartmouth Hillel at the relevant contact information.
