To Managers and Supervisors of Dartmouth employees,
Once again, the Martin Luther King Jr. planning committee has produced a
robust schedule of events honoring Dr. King and his legacy. This year's program
begins Sunday, January 20 and runs through Friday, February 1. Many of the
programs fall within regular work hours and provide all employees with valuable
professional and personal development opportunities that support Dartmouth's
commitment to sustaining an inclusive and respectful learning and working
environment.
While this is a busy time of year for many of our departments and offices, I
hope managers will be flexible when possible to support staff that wish to
participate in these events.
