Useful for generating transverse and longitudinal waves, both standing and travelling.

Longitudinal Waves: When facing the back of the machine, the longitudinal wave control is on your right. Move the knob up and down to generate a standing longitudinal wave, or in circles to generate a travelling longitudinal wave. The transverse control stick can be stabilized by the stand (not pictured).

Transverse Waves: Align the longitudinal control knob with the white circle to ensure even spacing. Rock the control stick up and down to create a standing transverse wave, and in a circle to create a travelling transverse wave.
