Lab Activities

The purposes of this lab are:

  1. to measure b (or hfe) of a tranistor, compare it to the value published in the data book and understand its meaning and application; and

  2. to observe the temperature dependance of a transistor and how to make a circuit less vunerable to it.

Course Level

Intermediate: P48, P49
