Poster Session Information |

Both poster sessions on Monday, August 13 and Tuesday, August 14,
will take place in Alumni Hall inside the Hopkins Center from 7:30-9:30
pm.
On the day of the poster session, please have your poster in
place by 7:00 pm and remove it by noon the next day. Posters that are
not removed are likely to be lost!
The poster board dimensions are: height - 1.2 m (4 ft); width 1.8 m (6 ft).
Thumbtacks/push pins will be provided (poster boards are made from cork).
