1 T | butter, softened |
1/4 c | chopped fresh parsley, or 2T dried |
2 T | onion, finely chopped, or 1 1/2 t. instant minced |
2 T | prepared mustard |
1 t. | lemon juice |
6 oz | shredded Swiss cheese |
1 c | chopped broccoli, cooked & drained (frozen OK) |
1 c (6 oz) | diced cooked ham |
1 8-oz can | crescent dinner rolls |
Prep
- Soften butter.
- Cook & drain broccoli.
- Chop parsley.
- Mince onion.
- Dice ham.
- Grease a large cookie sheet.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Assemble
- Combine butter, parsley, onion, mustard, lemon juice.
- Add cheese, ham, broccoli.
- Arrange rolls in a star, points outward, base of triangles touching, leaving an open circle in the middle. (See picture)
- Spoon mixture over widest parts of the star. Fold points over to make a ring..
Bake
- Bake uncovered for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden.
