1 T butter, softened
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley, or 2T dried
2 T onion, finely chopped, or 1 1/2 t. instant minced
2 T prepared mustard
1 t. lemon juice
6 oz shredded Swiss cheese
1 c chopped broccoli, cooked & drained (frozen OK)
1 c (6 oz) diced cooked ham
1 8-oz can crescent dinner rolls

Prep

  1. Soften butter.
  2. Cook & drain broccoli.
  3. Chop parsley.
  4. Mince onion.
  5. Dice ham.
  6. Grease a large cookie sheet.
  7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Assemble

  1. Combine butter, parsley, onion, mustard, lemon juice.
  2. Add cheese, ham, broccoli.
  3. Arrange rolls in a star, points outward, base of triangles touching, leaving an open circle in the middle. (See picture)
  4. Spoon mixture over widest parts of the star. Fold points over to make a ring..

Bake

  1. Bake uncovered for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden.
