| 2 c. | all-purpose flour | 1/2 tsp | cinnamon |
| 1 c. | sugar | 1/2 c. | chopped nuts (pecans are good!) |
| 1/2 c | packed brown sugar | 1/2 c. | packed brown sugar |
| 1 t. | baking powder | ||
| 1/2 tsp. | salt | ||
| 1 t. | baking soda | ||
| 1 t. | cinnamon | ||
| 1 c. | buttermilk | ||
| 2/3 c | butter, softened | ||
| 2 | eggs, beaten | ||
| 1 c | fresh or frozen berries | ||
- Mix flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and set aside.
- Combine butter, buttermilk, and eggs.
- Add dry ingredients and blend. Fold in berries. Spread batter into greased 9" x 13" pan.
- Mix all ingredients for topping and sprinkle over batter. Cover & refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until cake tests done.
