If you hate rolling out pie crusts, this is the crust for you! Works great for single-crust pies.
½ c | cooking oil |
1½ c | flour |
1-½ tsp | sugar |
1 tsp | salt |
2 T | cold milk |
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add oil and milk, already combined, to dry ingredients with fork, until flour is completely dampened.
- Press in bottom and up sides of pan.
- Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Do not brown.
