Serves 6
| 1/2 lb. | cubed ham or bulk breakfast sausage |
| 3 | eggs |
| 1/2 c | milk |
| 1/2 c | mayonnaise |
| 1-2 c | grated cheese |
- Move oven rack to the middle of the oven.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Cube ham, if using. If ham is watery, microwave it for a couple of minutes and drain off the water.
- Saute sausage if using, and drain off fat.
- Mix eggs, mayo, and milk in a bowl.
- Add meat and cheese
- Place all ingredients in a lightly greased pie pan and bake 50 minutes.
- Let cool 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
