IMPORTANT: As a non-U.S. citizen at Dartmouth College, you must complete an immigration reporting form, and meet with your immigration advisor as soon as possible following your arrival.
The Immigration Reporting and Check-in Form is online. Please click on the link below to access the form *after* you arrive in the U.S., and before you come to the Visa Services Office for your immigration check in appointment:
You should bring with you all of your original immigration documents, your valid passport, and proof of your health insurance if you are in J status, to your immigration check-in appointment. Please allow between 30 and 60 minutes for this meeting. If your dependents are with you, they are welcome to come too. We will need to see their original documents as well.
If you are unable to complete the form online prior to your appointment, you may complete it here at our office when you arrive for your appointment. Please allow and additional 15 or 20 minutes for this process.
