Hello! I have worked as an advisor to international students, scholars and faculty at Dartmouth since 2000. As Director for the office, I advise international graduate students, faculty and staff on relevant immigration regulations and procedures. With invaluable assistance from all the OVIS staff, our office manages immigration affairs for the College. We divide the College caseload among three immigration advisors, and I am the point of contact for internationals attending, or employed by, the Thayer School of Engineering and the Dartmouth Medical School, and many other offices, institutes, labs, and departments within the College of Arts and Sciences, and the Administration.
Whether you are thinking about applying to Dartmouth College, settling in to your new job on campus after a trip half-way around the world, researching your way through a challenging doctoral program, or wondering how to apply for post-graduation work authorization as you move toward your graduation date, we are here to help you. Over and above visa and immigration questions, even after being on campus for a while, it can be confusing to figure out the campus structure, and where to go to get needed answers.
