Marcia is a licensed New Hampshire attorney, employed at Dartmouth College since 1997 as Associate Registrar for the Undergraduate College. She joined the Office of Visa and Immigration Services in 2004. As Associate Director and Advisor to International Undergraduate Students, Marcia has primary responsibility for advising all international undergraduate degree and non-degree students on academic and visa issues. As time allows, she handles some limited international scholar and employment cases, as well as graduate student casework.
