If you attempt to log on using HITCHCOCK.ORG credentials, you will receive an error that reads, "ORA-20000: Error authenticating. Error = ErrNoAuthenticate."
If you have received this error you will need to restart your browser and log in using your DARTMOUTH.EDU credentials.
In the Realm/Location drop down box on the Web Authentication screen (see image below), you need to select Auto-Detect or Dartmouth College, and use your DARTMOUTH.EDU name and password. (NOTE: User your name – Thomas Drinane – with middle initial if appropriate, not your e-mail address. If you do not have a DARTMOUTH.EDU identity, or do not remember your password, contact your department research administrator, your PC help person, or contact the Computer Services Help Desk via e-mail or at 603-646-2999.
