The National Science Foundation (NSF) has combined the Grant Proposal Guide
(GPG) and Grant Policy Manual (GPM) into a single electronic document called
the Proposal & Award Policies & Procedures Guide (PAPPG).
The PAPP Guide (NSF 07-140) will be effective for all proposals submitted on
or after June1, 2007 and is available on the NSF website at http://www.nsf.gov/publications/pub_summ.jsp?ods_key=nsf07140
