HOT TOPIC: Grants.gov Update and Other Federal Electronic Initiatives

Panelist: Jean Feldman Head, Policy Office Office of Budget, Finance and Award Management National Science Foundation

As most of you know, many federal agencies have transitioned to using Grants.gov, including posting all of their funding opportunities on the site as well as requiring that some award mechanisms be submitted electronically. Jean Feldman has extensive experience with the development and implementation of the SF 424 (R&R) application package and with use of Grants.gov by NSF. She will give us an update on the progress and experiences of federal agencies with this initiative, including some things to "look forward to" in the coming months.

Time permitting, Jean also will give us an update on other Federal electronic initiatives planned. One such initiative is the Grants Management Line of Business (GMLOB) system, which is a government wide solution to support end-to-end grants management activities that promote citizen access, customer service and agency technical and financial stewardship.

Please join us for an interesting and informative discussion.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration begins at 9:00am. Discussion begins at 10:00am.

Join us for lunch immediately following the discussion.

Discussion $35/person
Discussion and Lunch $45/person
