The Fiscal Year 2008 (FY08) Defense Appropriations Act provides $4 million to the Department of Defense Tuberous Sclerosis Complex Research Program (TSCRP) to promote innovative research focused on lessening the impact of tuberous sclerosis complex. This program is administered by the US Army Medical Research and Materiel Command through the Office of the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP). A summary of TSCRP funding opportunities is provided below. As of 2007, proposals requesting funding from the CDMRP have been submitted through the Federal Government's single entry portal, Grants.gov, in compliance with Public Law 106-107. Individual program announcements and required forms can be found on the Grants.gov website. Pre-applications are required and must be submitted through the CDMRP eReceipt website, prior to proposal submission to Grants.gov.
