When is it appropriate to use a journal on a sponsored research 5-account?
A journal can be used on a sponsored research PTAEO account, if the charges
on the journal are original or to correct an expenditure type used on the
sponsored research PTAEO account. Examples of original charges are Service or
Re-Charge Centers that charge multiple accounts for services or merchandise.
All journals involving sponsored research PTAEO accounts need to be prior
approved by Sponsored Projects.
