Important Dates & Deadlines for Returning UGAs

Please note that you can have your Community Director meeting well before the application deadline.

Winter Application Deadline: Noon, Monday, February 18, 2013

Spring Application Deadline & FINAL Application Deadline: Noon, Wednesday, April 3, 2013

By which deadline should you apply?

• Please apply in the winter term if you are on campus for the winter.
• Please apply in the spring term if you are off winter and on spring.
• If you are on campus neither winter nor spring, please apply in the winter.
• Candidates who are on winter but are undecided about applying may apply by the spring deadline.

Winter Dates

January 5 – February 18 – Complete your CD meeting during this period
Monday, February 18 – Winter Application Deadline for Returner Candidates

Spring Dates

March 23 – April 11 – Complete your CD meeting during this period
April 3 – Spring and FINAL Application Deadline for Returner Candidates

Notification/Decision Dates for ALL candidates

Thursday, April 11 – Notify the Residential Education office if your d-plan, availability or any other aspect of your UGA application has changed.
Wednesday, April 17 – Notification Letters Sent
Monday, April 22 – Acceptance Decision Deadline
