Performance Evaluation

As a condition of employment, the performance of each Undergraduate Advisor will be evaluated formally at least once by their direct supervisor and informally on an on-going basis. Individual meetings will be scheduled to discuss performance, strengths, and areas of improvement. All positions are offered on a term-by-term basis. Unsatisfactory performance may result in dismissal at any time.
