Dartmouth Students applying for readmission must complete either the Readmit Application (link above) in order to receive on-campus housing. The application should be completed and submitted to the Undergraduate Housing Office by the housing deadline for the term for which you are petitioning to return to campus.
IMPORTANT: Do not wait to apply for housing until after a decision is reached on your readmission as applying for housing after the application deadline will seriously jeopardize your chances of receiving a room on campus.
REMEMBER! It is critical that your completed housing application is submitted by the deadline for the term you anticipate returning, even if your readmission has not been approved when you send in the application. If we have not received your housing application by the deadline, we cannot guarantee that an on-campus space can be held for you.
Students with first-year status are guaranteed housing if their applications are received by the appropriate deadline. Applications received after the deadline are not guaranteed and will be housed on a space available basis.
Not all residence hall buildings are available during summer terms. Available summer buildings for 2013 will be announced at the end of fall term.
