Available Rooms for General Room Draw
Below are the vacancy lists to help you plan for Room Draw on
Tuesday, May 7th.

Room Draw will be held in Alumni Hall. Check-in for Wednesday, MAY
7th begins at 6:00 PM. Priority numbers will be called no earlier than
the times listed below.
Tuesday, May 7th:
- 6:15 pm = Priority Numbers 3901 - 4200 (rising sophomores)
- 7:15 pm = Priority Numbers 4201 - 4700 (rising sophomores)
In order to select a room, you will need to bring the following with
you:
- A printout of your Priority Number Look-up from BannerStudent.
- Your Dartmouth College ID or another form of picture ID.
- The person whose number is being used to draw a room, and if he/she is not
attending, his or her written proxy
and a printout of his or her Priority Number Look-up.
- A prioritized list of rooms you are interested in selecting (we suggest
that you identify a minimum of 10 rooms and have a back-up plan in case the
type of room you'd prefer is no longer available).
Please note that ALL students who will be in a selected room must
bring a priority number printout, not just the student whose number is being
used.
