Topliff/New Hampshire Floor Plans

Topliff was erected in 1920, 12 years after the completion of neighboring New Hampshire Hall. "New Hamp" was the fourteenth residence hall built in as many years, in response to President William Jewett Tucker's decision in 1893 to increase the size of the student body.

The majority of Topliff residents reside in singles. All rooms are carpeted. This is an all upperclass community.

  • Topliff - 174 beds

In New Hampshire Hall, a wide variety of room types exist including singles, doubles, triples, and quads. This is an all upperclass community.  New Hamp will be closed for a major renovation beginning winter term 2008.

  • New Hampshire - 120 beds

The Lodge

The Lodge, an upperclass residence, houses students in large one-room doubles with private baths.

  • The Lodge - 72 beds

Brewster Hall

Brewster Hall, an upperclass residence, houses students in single rooms.

  • Brewster Hall - 26 beds
