SEMP Registration: Exceptions

An alcohol exception must be requested and submitted in writing (email) to your sponsoring or recognizing department (Collis Center for Student Involvement or Office of Greek Letter Organizations and Societies) at least one week in advance to the event.  A request for an exception is NOT a guarantee that permission for the exception will be granted. 

Please include in your request:

• In the subject line ^Alcohol Exception
• Hosting organizational name
• Date, time, and location of event
• What is the exception (type of alcohol (mixed drinks, two varieties), outside event, etc.)
• Reason for requesting the exception
