Philanthropy

The Prouty July 2014 - Greek chapters at Dartmouth College raised $108,769.02 for the Norris Cotton Cancer Center at Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital

CHaD October 2013 - Greek chapters at Dartmouth College raised $48,923.02 which was doubled by Positive Tracks to make a total donation of $97,84604 to the Childrens Hospital at Dartmouth

Eligibility Students are eligible to participate in recruitment from the Fall of their sophomore year. Specific eligibility requirements  

Housing The majority of our Greek chapters have premises on campus, some college-owned, some privately owned, most are houses, some chapters have on-campus apartments. More information on individual chapters   Undergraduate Housing website  Undergraduate Housing Dates and Deadlines 

Financial Information  Costs Involved   Rent in Greek chapter premises  Joining a fraternity or sorority comes with a financial commitment. Dues go toward the programming and chapter operating expenses. Financial obligations differ among individual chapters, as well as whether you will be living in or out of a chapter house. Average dues for men are $342 per term on campus, excluding any social dues. For women, the average dues are $308 per term on campus, again excluding any social fees that may also be charged. When you participate in the recruitment process, make sure to ask about the exact financial obligations of membership for each organization.
