Philanthropy The sisters of Tri-Delta are very dedicated to service. We actively engage our community, both nationally and locally. Tri-Delta national is affiliated with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, whose mission is to advance cures for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Every year, we host two major philanthropy events for St. Judes. The first event, Delta House of Pancakes (DHOP), is a breakfast fundraiser that we host over Green Key weekend. The second, Pelt-a-Delta, is our annual dodgeball tournament over summer term that raises money as well as awareness. Throughout the year, we also host several smaller events for St. Jude’s such as our fall trunk show, valentine grams, and the “Sincerely Yours” letter writing campaign. Locally, sisters volunteer for organizations such as Norris Cotton Cancer Center, Haven Homeless Shelter, Habitat for Humanity, and Students Fighting Hunger. We strive to foster a strong sense of community within our house by giving back to philanthropic organizations throughout the Upper Valley and beyond.
