How is this project being completed?

• The ORL has established a partnership with the Dartmouth College Center for Educational Outcomes (CEdO) to develop and implement this project. 

• CEdO is appealing because it uses an Integrated Feedback System.  With this system the CFS organizations and the ORL staff can receive comprehensive feedback about members' attitudes, values, abilities, expectations, goals, and ultimately each organization's performance over time. 

• Furthermore, the ORL has chosen to work with CEdO in order to have an external, objective research center assess the activities of CFS organizations. CEdO has the credibility and expertise to provide a thorough analysis and educational strategies to positively impact organizations’ performance.
