How are CFS organizations affected by this project?
- Students submit their required Annual Action Plan, as well as subsequent reports, through an electronic form on the Integrated Feedback System.
- Each organization has its own username and password for confidentiality.
- Once data is entered, analysis and feedback will be immediately available. Therefore, organizations will be able to instantly monitor their progress towards completing their Action Plan objectives.
- All reports and data that an organization receives are specific to that particular group.
- Data displays are designed to provide detailed information about a group’s progress in relationship to the rest of the CFS community. However, information is presented in a way that does not compromise the confidentiality of any other organization’s Action Plan.
- Specific data about an organization’s progress are available to ORL staff members so that staff can support and advise groups in attaining their goals.
