Why conduct this Assessment?

• This project is a direct result of the need to evaluate the effectiveness of the Annual Action Plan process, as well as the requirements of College recognition.

• The objective is to obtain clear and compelling data-driven evidence that indicates the degree to which CFS organizations' activities, attitudes, and behaviors are producing "excellence" in the areas of brotherhood and sisterhood, service to one's community, scholarship, being inclusive, accountability, and leadership. 

• The College has made a commitment to support and work with CFS organizations so that they have the opportunity to improve their performance and realize their full potential.

• The project will study methods in which data can be used to aid CFS organizations towards improving their future results.
