The existing 4 North Park Street facility currently contains 8 townhouse rental units. In June, 2012 the College completed a property feasibility analysis and determined that the facility could effectively fit an Affinity House program. The renovation will create an Affinity House for the LGBTQIA program creating 25 undergraduate beds with a 2 bedroom apartment for an advisor. The project will provide social space, student kitchen, ADA housing and an advisor apartment on the main floor with access to the lower level via lift. The lower level will have laundry, study and storage areas. The first and second floors will have bedrooms and bathrooms. Total renovated space will be 14,590 gross square feet.
