The facility will be a paved surface parking lot incorporating the following program elements:
- Accommodate +/- 400 vehicles
- Access shall be via an existing easement crossing DHMC & Hitchcock Clinic property to Dartmouth Library Storage
- The property is occupied through a long-term lease from the property owners, Fuller Enterprises, Inc., with the right to purchase at the conclusion of the lease
- Public Transportation to Hanover with 10 minute head times during rush hours 6:30-9 AM and 3-6PM. 30 minute head times 9AM - 3PM and 6 PM - 7PM.
- Minimize stormwater runoff from current conditions.
