The facility will be a paved surface parking lot incorporating the following program elements:

Accommodate +/- 400 vehicles
Access shall be via an existing easement crossing DHMC & Hitchcock Clinic property to Dartmouth Library Storage
The property is occupied through a long-term lease from the property owners, Fuller Enterprises, Inc., with the right to purchase at the conclusion of the lease
Public Transportation to Hanover with 10 minute head times during rush hours 6:30-9 AM and 3-6PM. 30 minute head times 9AM - 3PM and 6 PM - 7PM.
Minimize stormwater runoff from current conditions.
