The goal of this project is to renovate Montgomery House into a condition that is appropriate for the support of the Montgomery Fellowship program. This work will also enhance the living environment and energy efficiency of the home. The renovations cover four primary areas:

  • Building infrastructure and systems: upgrades and enhancements are needed for all systems
  • Functionality: the kitchen and bathrooms need to be updated and reconfigured
  • Maintenance: this includes both the repair and replacement of flooring and interior painting
  • Finishes: area rugs, carpets, wall coverings and window treatments are all in need of renewal due to age and wear

Additonally, a new paved vehicle turnaround will be created to the north of the existing driveway, a new stone walkway will be installed leading from the driveway to the front door, and the terrace will receive both a new surface and a new railing.
