The Project Delivery Process promotes stewardship of campus facilities and
supports the alignment of each project with the College mission. The
facilities organizations administer project tasks to meet the approved goals,
budget and schedule. Led by the Planning Design & Construction
office, the project delivery process is intended to be balanced, value-driven,
professional, responsible and service oriented.
Balanced
Define, reconcile and achieve the key project goals of the client and the
College. Project goals can be tactical (short-term) or strategic
(long-term) and may include:

Lead a project team composed of client, campus stakeholder, designer and
builder representatives to balance objectives and deliver the optimum project
value for the College.

Professional
Provide technical expertise in the areas of campus planning, building design
and project management. Appropriately engage in-house professionals
(FO&M, REO) and external consultants to provide supplemental services.
Responsible
Ensure that proper legal and fiduciary obligations of the College are met in
the execution of project tasks. These obligations include:
