Selection Criteria: All applicants will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
Ability to articulate complex ideas and original thoughts.
Ability to engage in personal reflection.
Evidence of a level of seriousness and commitment to personal leadership development.
Personal qualities or experiences that indicate a positive benefit will be gained from participation in LDP.
