Selection Criteria:  All applicants will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and original thoughts.
  • Ability to engage in personal reflection.
  • Evidence of a level of seriousness and commitment to personal leadership development.
  • Personal qualities or experiences that indicate a positive benefit will be gained from participation in LDP.
