Selection Criteria:  All applicants will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas and original thoughts.
• Ability to engage in personal reflection.
• Evidence of a level of seriousness and commitment to personal leadership development.
• Personal qualities or experiences that indicate a positive benefit will be gained from participation in LDP.

Please take the time to answer all questions completely and concisely. (approximately 250 words each, except for question 4)

2. What are your leadership goals at Dartmouth?  Describe for us who you hope to be in ten years.
