I come from a small island in Greece called Lefkada. I grew up there until I was 16 and then won a scholarship to finish my last two years of high school in an international school called United World College of the Adriatic, in Trieste, Italy. Upon completion of the program, I was the recipient of a Davis scholarship to attend Middlebury College at Middlebury, VT. I graduated from Middlebury in 2007, majoring in Physics and Computer Science. I have been at Dartmouth College since the fall of 2007.
In my spare time I enjoy playing and watching soccer, playing the guitar and chess. I am a big fan of Linux and a strong advocate of open source software in general. I speak Greek (mother tongue), Italian and French.
