NIRFAST is an open source FEM based software package designed for modeling Near Infrared Frequency domain light transport in tissue.
The types of problems available in NIRFAST include:
- Standard single wavelength absorption and reduced scatter
- Multi-wavelength spectral models
- Fluorescence models
