Failing grade – The testimony Wednesday by Toyota Motors company president Akio Toyoda before members of Congress was a "huge mistake," says Tuck School of Business Professor Paul Argenti. Commenting on "The Wall Street Journal This Morning" Thursday, Argenti gave Toyota Motors an "F" for its communications strategy in the wake of a worldwide recall of its cars.
