College opposes petitioned articles 8, 9, 10 on Town warrant

  During day-long Town Meeting voting on May 13, Hanover residents will decide on three proposed amendments to the town zoning ordinance that represent a major departure from the tradition of joint efforts between the College, the town government and town residents to find mutually acceptable approaches to facilities planning.
