Posted 09/19/03

New Hampshire Gov. Craig Benson

The Dartmouth Entrepreneurial Network and the Tuck School's Center for Private Equity and Entrepreneurship will host an evening with New Hampshire Gov. Craig Benson on Tuesday, Sept. 30, at 7 p.m., in Dartmouth's Cook Auditorium. The seminar is free and open to the Dartmouth community.

Benson will share insights from his entrepreneurial experiences and talk about embracing the entrepreneurial spirit and capitalizing on opportunities. Benson brings a strong business background to his role as governor. In 1983 he founded Cabletron Systems, an infrastructure solutions company that was ranked sixth on Inc. Magazine's list of the fastest growing privately held companies in America. Cabletron went public and was the biggest technology IPO in its time. The seminar is part of a series of quarterly workshops offered by the Dartmouth Entrepreneurial Network and the Center for Private Equity and Entrepreneurship. Register via e-mail.
