Posted 10/31/00 In the latest national rankings sponsored by Sailing World, the Dartmouth co-ed team moved from second to first place. The Big Green displaced the Harvard Crimson who fell from first to third, while Georgetown leaped from the sixth spot to second. In the women's poll, Dartmouth's sailors slipped one spot from first to second, while Connecticut College jumped from fourth all the way to No. 1. The rankings are determined by Sailing World's coaches' panel which includes Mitch Brindley of Old Dominion; Ken Legler of Tufts; and Mike Segerblom of Southern Cal. |
