Posted 11/10/00 Thomas Graham, Senior Associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, will lecture Monday, Nov. 13 on future relations between the United States and Russia. He will speak in 3 Rockefeller at 4:30 p.m. Graham's lecture is part of a program that brings faculty and students together from Dartmouth, Middlebury College and the University of Vermont. His areas of study include Russian domestic ties and U.S.-Russian relations. Before joining the Carnegie Endowment, he headed a political unit at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, helping plan Russian/Soviet affairs policy for the U.S. State Department.
