Carnegie Endowment associate to lecture on U.S.-Russian relations

Thomas Graham, Senior Associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, will lecture Monday, Nov. 13 on future relations between the United States and Russia.

He will speak in 3 Rockefeller at 4:30 p.m. Graham's lecture is part of a program that brings faculty and students together from Dartmouth, Middlebury College and the University of Vermont. His areas of study include Russian domestic ties and U.S.-Russian relations. Before joining the Carnegie Endowment, he headed a political unit at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, helping plan Russian/Soviet affairs policy for the U.S. State Department.
