Bio:	Kotz works in the realm of context-aware mobile computing, wireless networks, intrusion analysis and computer security. His research interests include mobile agents and mobile code, disconnected and mobile computing, multiprocessor file systems, and computer ethics. In addition to his academic duties, Kotz is also the Director of Dartmouth's Institute for Security Technology Studies, and he is the Director of Dartmouth's Center for Mobile Computing.
