Bio:	Franklin is responsible for the PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) Lab's deployment and outreach teams. He works to implement PKI for end users at Dartmouth and also assisting other institutions of higher education as they deploy end user PKI on their campuses. Franklin and his team focus on the practical issues of making PKI a reality in higher education.
