Aine Donovan is adjunct associate professor of Business Administration at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and executive director of the Dartmouth College Ethics Institute. Her current research focuses on organizational decision-making and leadership that helps or hinders successful outcomes.

Donovan received her BA from California State University, San Diego in 1979; her MRE from the University of San Diego in 1983; her EdD from the University of San Francisco in 1995.
