Tanzania Field Study Project
Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

In December 2005, seven graduate students from Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business, Thayer School of Engineering, and the Dartmouth Medical School conducted a Field Study in International Business (FSIB) with the Muhimbili University College of Health Sciences (MUCHS) in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The objective of this project is to develop a business plan that would attract investors to help create a domestic pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Dar es Salaam.
