Steve Kelley is a political cartoonist for The Times-Picayune in New Orleans. An honors graduate of Dartmouth, he worked at The Union Tribune in San Diego for 20 years before moving to The Times-Picayune in 2001. His cartoons have won many awards, including the National Headliner Award, and he has appeared seven times on The Tonight Show performing stand-up comedy.
