Sheryl Crow is trained as a classical pianist. Crow was an elementary school music teacher before embarking on her performing career in the early 1990s. Her first professional appearances were as a back-up singer for artists such as Michael Jackson, Don Henley, George Harrison, Stevie Wonder and Rod Stewart. In 1994, Crow earned a Record of the Year Grammy award for her song "All I Wanna Do," which was featured on her chart-topping debut pop album "Tuesday Night Supper Club." Her current album is "The Globe Sessions."
