Robert McAfee Brown

Robert McAfee Brown is an American Presbyterian minister and educator. He is a leading figure in the Ecumenical movement. He served as a Protestant observer at the Second Vatican Council. Brown also taught at Union Theological Seminary in New York City and at Stanford University. His books include The Ecumenical Revolution (1967), Is Faith Obsolete? (1974), Creative Dislocation (1980), Elie Wiesel (1983), and Unexpected News (1984).
